DESIGNING A QUALITY TRAINING
I K.A.N. training programs are tailored to meet the objectives of the training organizers. Organizers identify the outcomes that they seek to
accomplish and I K.A.N. designs the training to produce the identified results. Essentials for any I K.A.N. presentation include 1) information which is practical, relevant and based on sound theoretical
constructs; 2) training that provides ideas and/or techniques that participants can use immediately to improve the quality of their work and life experiences: and 3) participants leave the presentation empowered and
energized to meet the challenges they face.
FEES
Keith Neuber founded I K.A.N. with a mission to provide the highest quality training at a reasonable cost. Those who have attended an I K.A. N. training generally indicate that they
have been to training which cost considerably more for a less meaningful experience. The best way to assess the value of an I K.A.N. Presentation is to contact the training references that have used Keith and I
K.A. N. over the years (see "Training References").
Fees for training programs and keynote presentations are negotiated based on length of presentation, amount of travel and any special design requirements. Minimum fee is $800.00 per day plus travel
expenses.

SCHEDULING
Contact Keith Neuber directly to inquire about available training dates. Spring and Fall are high volume times for I K.A.N. training. I K.A.N. will tentatively schedule an
advance training and hold that date until another inquiry is made for that date. The option to schedule training is always extended to the first organization to initiate a contact. Contact Keith to see
